Building sangha,
empowering communities.
Donate to support our sangha and build communities.
"Sangha" is sanskrit for "community". We build our own sangha at The Being Human Foundation of community leaders, builders, and shapers fuelled by practice, decolonized worldviews, and circular contributions. Learn more about the origins and cultural significance of "sangha" here.
our community-building pillars
We believe in creating, nurturing, and nourishing community through our four pillars, inviting all of us to disrupt the flow of capital and remove barriers to community-building.
By combining these four pillars with the power of sangha, we can co-create equitable and thriving communities that can ultimately come together for re-worlding. The power is in community.
our approach...
Step 1: Practice
Be part of our sangha by practicing being "in" and "with" community through various offerings, practices, and resources, including:
Engaged Mindfulness Practices
Equitable Wealth Tools & Resources
Community Building Workshops & Resources
All offerings are BY DONATION. Donations are NOT mandatory to participate!
Your participation in our offerings and practices, even without donating, earns you the right to VOTE for projects that you'd like the community donations to support!
Step 2: Engage
We invite anyone in our sangha who participate in our offerings to launch your own Community Initiative or Project that support, empower, and build YOUR local community through:
Volunteering
Donating to causes
Participating in or launching grassroots initiatives or community programs
Activism or movement-building
Social justice & policy work

Step 3: Circular Contributions
We POOL all the donations made from everyone who participates in our sangha through our offerings, practices, workshops, and other resources.
Then, we invite everyone who participated to VOTE on the Community Initiatives & Projects you'd like to support!
Thus, we redistribute all donations through community-voting to make collective circular contributions.
